  • identify and prepare for future challenges

Eligibility: Applicants must be UK-based, with a clear track record of delivering research programmes and strong institutional support from any eligible UK research organisation. In addition to UK academia, project partners may include individuals from:

  • industry
  • the international community
  • policy makers (from public, private or third sectors)
  • the third sector
  • end users of research (for example, farmers, crop breeders, vets, clinicians and care staff)
  • individuals with lived experience

Level of funding: The full economic cost (FEC) of your project can be up to £650,000. The duration of the awards can be up to four years.
